We have developed our pork pies to offer a range of flavours in various sizes, featuring our own hot water crust pastry. Our Story
The Wissage Bakehouse Limited is a joint business venture by partners Peter Read and Linda Young into the savoury baked products market. After a number of particularly difficult years, in the farming sector, it was clear that farm diversification was the best way forward for us and so we embarked on an ambitious renovation project to convert a range of redundant brick and tile agricultural buildings into a bakery.
